Recipe for 2 minutes peanut Chutney

In a mixer/blender add 2 handful of roasted peanuts, 2 green chili, salt and a pinch of tamarind. Grind to the desired consistency (slightly coarse or smooth) adding water. Tada, a lipsmacking chutney is ready in 2 minutes that is loaded with proteins. This is my goto chutney during weekdays apart from Coconut chutney.

    Hi Radhika,

I am new here. I guess we need to sign up for this on sunday itself. And the idea is to cook any meal (listed above) on any day? I would love to be a part from the next week.

      Hi Hema

Thank you for stopping by. This weekly meal plan is just a guideline to plan your meals everyday. You can follow it verbatim or change as per your needs. And this is isn’t an event so no rules or regulations are involved. I just share my meal plan with my readers and few buddies. If you would like me to add your recipes the meal plan blog roll let me know. Every week I will refer to few blogs for ideas and provide links to their recipes. Hope this helps
