1. Since you baked it for 30 minutes instead of 25 it could have dried out the brownie. Even the utensil used matters. I have used glass, if you had used dark non-stick pans you wouldn&#039;t want to bake it longer because the cakes/brownies geta baked really fast in those containers
2. The wet and dry ingredients were not combined well.</description>
