Wednesday Oatmeal with milk, nuts and fresh fruits Quinoa/Rice, Chettinad Egg Curry Rava Idli, Tomato Onion Chutney Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Thursday Toast, Fig Flaxmeal soy smoothie Dill leaves and Cabbage Rice, Pappad Spicy Butternut Squash soup, Bread Fruit Bowl
Friday Sabudhana Khichdi, Banana and strawberry smoothie Tofu Spring Onion Paratha, Pickle, Yogurt, Eating out!! Yogurt with Honey and Saffron
Saturday Ven pongal, Coconut Chutney Rice, Garlic Rasam,  Aviyal Chaat Night - Usal Misal Veg and Fruit Salad 
Sunday Sambar Idli (Barley and Brown Rice) Rice, Spicy Andhra Chicken Curry Phulka/Dosa, left over Chicken curry A scoop of your favorite frozen yogurt/sherbet/icecream

Recipe for 2 minutes peanut Chutney

In a mixer/blender add 2 handful of roasted peanuts, 2 green chili, salt and a pinch of tamarind. Grind to the desired consistency (slightly coarse or smooth) adding water. Tada, a lipsmacking chutney is ready in 2 minutes that is loaded with proteins. This is my goto chutney during weekdays apart from Coconut chutney.
