This weekly meal plan is a guide to make your everyday cooking easy. You can always plug and play with your choice of recipes and tweak it to suit your family needs.

  Breakfast Lunch Dinner Salad / Dessert
Monday Toast, 1/2 cup yogurt with fresh fruits Veg Masala Toast Sandwich, Yogurt/Greek Yogurt Pesarattu, Parsley Coconut Chutney Cucumber and carrots
Tuesday Oatmeal with fresh Strawberries Daal Biriyani Thalipeeth, yogurt Veg salad
Wednesday Dosa, Coriander Coconut Chutney Thenga Sadam, Vazhakai Varuval Phulka, No Oil Dum Aloo Bowl of fresh Cheeries
Thursday Bagel, Apricot and Banana smoothie Butter and garlic Noodles Idli, Onion Tomato Chutney Steamed veggies 
Friday Cantaloupe and Rice flakes Cereal Easy Vegetable Pulao Phulka, Corn on the cob Korma Cherry Salsa
Saturday Old fashioned pancake, Maple syrup/fruit compote Rice, Milagu RasamCauliflower bell pepper stir fry Grilling night / Eat in your favorite Restaurant  Peach Lemonade
Sunday Sprouted Moong dhal Idli, 2 minute peanut chutney (see recipe below) Mutton Biriyani, Raitha Leftover Biriyani or Dosa Kesar pista kulfi

 Snacks

 Oatmeal and Chocolate chip cookies

Recipe for 2 minutes peanut Chutney

In a mixer/blender add 2 handful of roasted peanuts, 2 green chili, salt and a pinch of tamarind. Grind to the desired consistency (slightly coarse or smooth) adding water. Tada, a lipsmacking chutney is ready in 2 minutes that is loaded with proteins. This is my goto chutney during weekdays apart from Coconut chutney.
