Monday Oatmeal with nuts and Musk Melon Juice Spinach Pesto Grilled cheese sandwich Aloo Gobhi Mattar Paratha, Yogurt A bowl of fresh strawberries
Tuesday Dosa + 2 minutes peanut Chutney (See recipe below) Cabbage and Chickpeas Pulao, Raitha Idli, Thakkali Kuzhambu  Veg salad
Wednesday Toast, Sweet lime and Mint juice (Use Orange if you can’t find sweet lime) Rice/Quinoa, Zucchini KootuAmaranth Stir Fry Phulka, Dum aloo Coleslaw
Thursday Ven pongal, Tomato chutney  Bombay french toast, Fruits  Asparagus Soup, Bread A bowl of fresh mangoes
Friday Summer Quinoa Omelet, a glass of milk or strawberry smoothie Green Garlic Pasta Phulka, Andhra style Egg Curry Kosambari
Saturday Batata Poha + Freshly squeezed Orange Juice Bisebella Baath , Papadam, Strawberry lemonade Baalekai Dosa, Red Onion Chutney  A bowl of fresh mangoes
Sunday Cereal, Orange juice Rice, Fish curry, Cherry Rasam, Paruppu Usili Phulka/Dosa,leftoverFishCurry Cucumber with Chat masala, Fig Lassi

Recipe for 2 minutes peanut Chutney

In a mixer/blender add 2 handful of roasted peanuts, 2 green chili, salt and a pinch of tamarind. Grind to the desired consistency (slightly coarse or smooth) adding water. Tada, a lipsmacking chutney is ready in 2 minutes that is loaded with proteins. This is my goto chutney during weekdays apart from Coconut chutney.
