Tuesday Idli, Molaga podi Corn and Pea Sandwich, 1 fruit, vanilla yogurt (yogurt + sugar/honey + few drops of vanilla extract) Ragi Roti, Okra Curry Veg salad
Wednesday Paneer Burji, Toast, Orange juice Tomato Biriyani, Yogurt/Raitha, Pappadams Phulka, Easy Dhal Makhani Coleslaw
Thursday Eggless French ToastPom Oats Milkshake Tomato Feta Pasta Salad Instant Oats Dosa,  Thenga Chammanthi  Mesclun Salad
Friday Oatmeal, Strawberry smoothie Tawa Pulao,  Cucumer Raitha Pesarattu, Toor Dhal Chutney Cucumber, Carrot with some Chat Masala
Saturday Kaima Idli, Raitha Rice/Brown Rice/Quinoa, Venthiya keerai kara kuzhambu, Appalam, French beans poriyal Aloo Tikki and Chole A bowl of fresh mangoes
Sunday Sabudhana Kichdi Rice,  Nadan Kozhi Curry & Curd Rice  Dosa and leftover Nadan Kozhi curry Mesclun Salad
