Tuesday  Oatmeal + Fruit smoothie  Methi Thepla + Yogurt + Pickle + Fruit  Ragi Dosa with Red Chili Chutney Veg salad
Wednesday  Mini Idli and Tiffin Sambar  Capsicum Masala Rice + Amaranth Stir Fry Phulka + Paneer Tawa Masala Coleslaw
Thursday Cereal + Spinach Cucumber Juice Pasta with Shaved carrots and Carrot Green Sauce Dosa + Plum Relish Mesclun Salad
Friday  Dosa + Idli Molagai Podi  Phulka + Potato and Peas Kuruma Semiya Upma + Coriander Chutney Cucumber, Carrot with some Chat Masala
Saturday Easy pancakes + Maple syrup + Bowl of fresh strawberries  Rice + Udupi Sambar + Spring Onion Egg Poriyal  Why don’t we eat out today? A bowl of fresh mangoes
Sunday Savory Quinoa Muffins + Orange Juice Achari Murg + Jeera Rice  Phulka and leftver Achari Murg Mesclun Salad
